Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Mazmin platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mazmin.
2. Description of Service
Mazmin provides an AI-powered restaurant management platform that includes online ordering (via WhatsApp, Telegram, and digital menus), menu management, AI-powered translations, marketing automation, analytics, table management, and related services. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- One account per restaurant location, unless using a multi-location plan.
4. Subscription Plans and Pricing
Plans
Mazmin offers the following subscription plans:
- Starter — Starting at ₪349/month
- Growth — Starting at ₪700/month
- Scale — Starting at ₪1,300/month
All plans include integrated payment processing at 5% per transaction. Prices are in Israeli New Shekels (ILS) and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payment processing fees (5% per transaction) are charged separately based on actual order volume. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:
- Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period.
- No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
- Your data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.
- You may export your data before cancellation.
6. Your Responsibilities
As a user of the Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate restaurant information, menu details, and pricing.
- Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations related to food service, health, and safety.
- Maintain appropriate food handling licenses and business permits.
- Respond to customer orders in a timely manner.
- Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Not transmit any harmful code, spam, or misleading content through the platform.
- Ensure that your menu content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
7. Intellectual Property
The Mazmin platform, including its software, design, features, and documentation, is owned by Mazmin and protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform (menu items, photos, descriptions, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Mazmin a non-exclusive license to use, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.
8. AI-Generated Content
Mazmin uses artificial intelligence to generate translations, marketing materials, analytics, and other content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before it is published or sent to customers.
9. Customer Data
When customers place orders through your Mazmin-powered channels, you are the data controller for their personal information. You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws regarding your customers' data. Mazmin acts as a data processor on your behalf. 10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mazmin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Service Availability
We aim to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily affect service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
